Your registration information is used to operate the site, for demographic statistics, for supporting your account, etc. 'The Reminiscence' will not send you any unsolicited information, though you will receive an account activation e-mail & welcome letter explaining the features provided by our service; and you may also receive periodic member letters announcing important service changes, new features, technical issue updates and news about the Service.

2. Shall We Disclose Information to Third Parties?

We shall not intentionally monitor or disclose any of your e-mail messages or registration data unless this is required by law, or we believe in good faith that we are required to do so to protect the rights and the property of 'The Reminiscence' or its customers;

Since privacy is a function of your password, we encourage you to change your password frequently and not to share it with anyone. 'The Reminiscence' cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

'The Reminiscence' understands that many of you are concerned about cookies. Our aim is to protect our customers and all internet users from the negative effects of the "spam"-related activity. A record, clearly affirming that permission has been obtained from a recipient before a mailing is sent, may be required. Disregarding 'The Reminiscence' spamming policy will result in warning, suspension or possible account termination with no refund. 'The Reminiscence' may but is not obliged to forward to its customers valid complaints against them for their response and resolution. We require a 24-hour response for any complaint forwarded. If a response is not received 'The Reminiscence' may block traffic to and from the domain involved in the problem.

6. Picture & Video Restrictions

'The Reminiscence' reserves the right to remove or delete any kind of photographs that are detrimental to any stakeholder or to any user or object or country. The owner of such objectionable photographs may or may not be notified prior to their removal based on the significance of it's remaining through the period. 'The Reminiscence' will send warnings to those users who misuse the website for managing photographs which physically or mentally disturb or offend any personality in the world. 'The Reminiscence' reserves the right to ban such user without any prior intimation. Pornographic material is strictly prohibited at 'The Reminiscence'.

7. Financial Transactions and Taxes

If you make any financial transactions on 'The Reminiscence', you may be asked for credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current and that you will pay all charges owed, including any applicable taxes. You agree that you are solely responsible for any personal income reporting and tax payments required of you by applicable government authorities.

8. Resolution Center :

All the solutions posted for user queries at 'The Reminiscence' are opinions of the members who have given the solution and 'The Reminiscence' has nothing to do with their opinions and cannot be held responsible for using the solutions.

9. Shipping

All items at 'The Reminiscence' e-Store are either downloadable or tangible software processing orders. Some of these orders require a maximum of day's time for processing on our servers to fullfill the order completely and satisfactorily, though 99% of the orders are processed instantly. Since this e-Store does not sell any items which are shippable, there is no shipping involved.

10. Account cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds are possible once the transaction purchase is made at 'The Reminiscence' and the order is completely processed. Users might decide to cancel their accounts anytime. To cancel an account, please write to helpdesk@memoryrewinds.com and all your data will be removed and account will be deleted. No refunds will be given though.

All BASIC membership user accounts which are not active for the past 12 months will be removed after giving sufficient alerts to the owners of the accounts. If the account owners wish to continue the account usage, they must login at least once a year.

11. Copyright

When you use the Service, you become a participant in an online community of people who enjoy photography. In order for us to make your photos available to you and your invitees, as well as to use images to offer you a special variety of online services, The Reminiscence needs the rights to make use of all Content on the Service, in accordance with and subject to these Terms. Accordingly, as a condition to your Membership, you hereby grant 'The Reminiscence a perpetual, universal, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to copy, display, modify, transmit, make derivative works of, and distribute your Content, solely for the purpose of providing the Service. As a condition to Membership, you represent and warrant to 'The Reminiscence' that you either own your Content or have written permission from the copyright owner to make such Content available to the Service.

The Service is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and by other applicable laws. You may not Process any Content owned by someone else without the written consent of the owner of such Content. You are solely responsible for any copyright violations that you may incur as a result of your activities on the Service.

If you believe that your work or the work of another has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, 'The Reminiscence' has a process in place to respond to your concerns

While 'The Reminiscence' will provide its clients with reasonable notification, 'The Reminiscence' reserves the right to change its policy at any time to meet the needs of our customers, changing laws and new technology.
