Resolution center is the platform where users exchange opinions in the form of interactions through query handling. Most of the time, the answerers mostly share their experience and this gives rise to numerous quality answers for the problem submitter. 'The Reminiscence' also has a facility to reward the answerers with RESOLUTION points which can be redeemed for huge prizes. Additionally, as members answer more and more queries, they climb up the ladder in our STAR CLUB to become a BRONZE / SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM members to get huge accredits |
| Members can post queries, set priorities and be notified when someone answers their query. Only the problem submitter will be able to view answers of all members to it. Answerers can view only their solutions. This is to ensure that answerers are not influenced by answers of other members. Once the query is resolved, the answers of all members will be made available for everyone to view. |
| Users can use the exhaustive look up facility to search the entire database of answers for their queries. To post a query, the user must be a registered member of the web site |
When a member posts a query, a priority can be set to it - HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW. When the query is resolved with answers from members, the query submitter will reward the user with the most suitable answer with RESOLUTION points. There is a range of points from which the submitter can choose to reward from. |
For HIGH priority queries, the range is between 15 and 30. it is 5 to 15 for MEDIUM priority queries and 1 to 10 for LOW priority queries. The query submitter can now choose to reward the appropriate member with the above points ! |
